The Legacy Senior Experience

The Legacy Senior Experience is the most exclusive senior offering at Kate DeCoste Photography. Designed for seniors who want to tell their full story across their entire senior year, this experience blends timeless photography, cinematic video, and personal storytelling into one unforgettable senior legacy.

This is not one session — it’s a year-long journey.

You’ll receive four sessions total:

  • Three 1.5-hour photo + cinematic sessions

  • One 1 hour cap & gown + cinematic session

We’ll space these sessions across the seasons to capture every chapter of your senior year. For example:

  • A fall family session for golden leaves and cozy layers

  • A sports, show choir, dance, or theatre session in uniform, costume, or on stage

  • A spring or summer session for warm light and a fresh, carefree vibe

And this is where it gets really fun.

Are you obsessed with McDonald’s? Let’s shoot there with a wardrobe styled to match the vibe. Love coffee shops, arcades, bookstores, vintage cars, roller skating, or sunsets in a field? We’ll design your sessions around what you love most.

This isn’t about picking locations - it’s about building a story that looks and feels like you..

Digital images are not included with this experience due to the multi-session, year-long nature of the Legacy package. You’ll have the flexibility to purchase your favorite images after each session or wait until the end of the year when selecting the images for your album, allowing you to curate a collection that truly reflects your full senior story.

Legacy Exclusive: The Senior Legacy Film 

A professionally edited cinematic movie that weaves together:

  • Video clips from all your sessions

  • Your senior portraits

  • Up to 15 childhood video clips or baby photos you provide

The ultimate senior experience for those who want more than just photos. This all-day, story-driven session blends timeless photography with cinematic video to capture not just how your senior year looks, but how it feels.

You’ll enjoy multiple locations, six or more wardrobe looks, and complete creative freedom while we create both still images and moving moments that tell your story. From confident walks and wind-in-your-hair moments to laughter and quiet in-between shots, your session becomes a true senior film and photo collection.

Your Luxe experience includes:

  • 150+ fully retouched digital images

  • A curated set of cinematic highlight video clips

  • A luxury 8×12 leather album with your 40 favorite images

Perfect for seniors and families who want to see the full story before deciding what to keep. This experience is designed to give you beautiful variety and the freedom to choose your favorites after you’ve fallen in love with your images.

Your session includes multiple wardrobe looks, a pre-session consultation, and a relaxed, guided photoshoot designed to capture authentic expressions and personality. After your session, you’ll view your full proof gallery and select your favorite images, prints, and products during your ordering appointment.

Includes:

  • Unlimited wardrobe looks within the session time

  • Pre-session consultation for styling and locations

  • Personal online proofing gallery

  • $300 print credit toward your final order

  • Ordering appointment to select your favorites

  • Yearbook submission

  • Custom phone app of all purchased images

This is a two-hour session with morning or evening availability, with the option to add locations outside of Wahoo.

This session does not include digital files in the session package.

A simple, polished studio experience designed for seniors who want a professional yearbook photo without a full outdoor session.

This guided studio session includes one wardrobe look and a pre-session style guide to help you feel confident and prepared. You’ll receive a curated proof gallery to choose from, with retouched images delivered ready for printing, sharing, and yearbook use.

Includes:

  • Studio-only session

  • Two wardrobe looks with styling guidance

  • Approximately 35 minutes in studio

  • 10 proofs in an online gallery

  • Two master retouched digital images

  • Yearbook submission

  • Option to purchase additional images and products
