You can keep your session soft and timeless, bold and modern, or a little spicy if you want. There are no themed backdrops or Valentine’s props here, just beautiful light, intentional styling, and guided posing that lets you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

Love, Actually – Studio Portrait Session Agreement

By booking a Love, Actually Studio Portrait Session with Kate DeCoste Photography, you agree to the following terms:

Session Fee

Your session fee secures your session date and time and includes a fully curated studio portrait experience designed around your style, vibe, and vision. The session fee does not include prints, products, or digital files, which are purchased separately after your session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you do not show up, your session fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Because Love, Actually sessions are limited and held for you specifically, missed or canceled appointments cannot be refunded.

People & Pets

Your session includes up to three (3) people. Children, partners, and dogs are welcome.
Additional people or pets may be added for an additional fee.

All pets must be well-behaved and kept on leash when not being photographed. You are responsible for your pet at all times.

Image Selection & Ordering

After your session, you will receive a private online proofing gallery where you will select and purchase your favorite images, prints, and products. Professional retouching is applied only to purchased images.

All sales are final once images are ordered.

Artistic Style

By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed Kate DeCoste Photography’s portfolio and agree to her artistic style, posing, editing, and interpretation. No specific images, poses, or expressions are guaranteed.

Model Release

Kate DeCoste Photography retains the copyright to all images created. By booking, you grant permission for your images to be used for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session.

Studio Policies

Kate DeCoste Photography is not responsible for personal items brought into the studio. Clients assume responsibility for the safety of children and pets during the session.

Session Fee: $175

Your session fee holds your spot and includes a thoughtfully curated studio session built around your style, your story, and how you want to feel in your photos.

(Products, prints and digitals are purchased separately after you view your gallery.)

Most clients invest between $300–$1000 in prints, albums, and digitals after their session.
